DIRECTIONS FOR CLASS BOOKLET RESPONSES

Each class member (whether or not you attend the reunion) will have one page in the class booklet. The booklet will be distributed at the reunion and mailed to those who do not attend but request a booklet. On your page, we'll post your school picture, a recent picture that you will send, and your responses to any of the suggested topics below.  (This information will NOT be posted on the website.) Because getting the class booklet ready for publication will take a lot of time, I will certainly appreciate your prompt response! It will be difficult for me if everyone waits until October 1.

RECENT PICTURE
For your recent picture, we prefer a head and shoulders shot but can crop your picture (electronically) if necessary. Send your picture via email to me at mstarke@mindspring.com or mail a hardcopy to Mary Starke, 26 Oswichee Street, Seale, AL 36875.
If you send me a hardcopy, you can retrieve your intact picture at the reunion or I will mail it back to you.

RESPONSES
Please note that the topics listed below are all suggestions. If an item does not apply to you, or if you just don't want to elaborate, leave that item blank, and that category heading will be omitted from your page in the booklet. (For example, on my page, I will not have headings for Military Service or Retirement Activities!) The purpose of the list is not to be intrusive but to provide you with ideas for what to share with your classmates. NOTE: Responses will be edited for length if necessary.

FOUR OPTIONS FOR RESPONDING - Please read carefully.

1. Online Form
You can type your responses in the form and click the Submit button to send them to me. Skip any topic you don’t want to include on your page. Use your mouse or the Tab key to move through the form; do not press the Enter key.  When you click the Submit button, you will see a printable page with all your responses. If you later want to change something, just fill out that particular response again (and your name) and re-submit the form.  The online form can be accessed through this link: http://www.starketech.com/booklet.htm.

2. Email Reply
To email your responses, reply to my email message (click Reply) and type your response next to a topic listed below.  Skip any topic you don’t want to include on your page.

3. Hardcopy Response
When you write your responses, please include each suggested topic and its number. Skip what you want to skip! Mail your responses to Mary.
